Singing & Guitar: Cuadro Skills & Palmas (Intermediate)

This semi-private class is meant for singers and guitarists who want to skyrocket their abilities in a Flamenco palo, accompanying dance and/or working with other musicians. Each class will begin with 15mins of group instruction on palmas followed by three-30min semi-private sessions. Each student will be scheduled for a total of four-30min sessions to work one-on-one with the instructor on a flamenco style of their choice (with the option to additionally work with a dancer for three of the sessions).

Students will learn & practice palmas accompaniment, collaborate with a dancer and/or musicians, receive feedback in each session and guidance with setting goals. Students are encouraged to attend when they are not scheduled for a semi-private session to observe and practice palmas accompaniment, though questions and feedback are limited to your 30min sessions and the 15min group palmas portion of class.

Working towards performance is encouraged, though is not a requirement. This class is in-person only. Limited to 8 students.
