About the Class
Beginning/Intermediate level guitarists have previous experience with flamenco right hand techniques (rasgueos, rest stroke picado, alzapua, arpeggios, tremolo), 12 count marcajes, and flamenco dance and singing accompaniment. In the Winter we will continue our work with Guajiras accompaniment, gaining practice accompanying dancers in our guitar class and in the Monday/Wednesday dance class. Guitarists will be invited to accompany dancers at the student show June 6th at Lincoln Hall.
10 weeks: 1/14, 1/21, 1/28, 2/4, 2/11, 2/18, 2/25, 3/4, 3/11, 3/18
Full Session: $140
3 installments: $53
Drop in: $18
If you elect to pay for the session in 3 monthly installments you will receive invoices for the 2nd and 3rd payments.
