Flamenco Kids (ages 7 - 11)

Our kids dance classes introduce flamenco dance vocabulary in a fun, non-competitive environment. The curriculum covers basic elements of flamenco: braceo (arm movement), colocacion (posture), footwork, floreo (hand movement), palmas (clapping), jaleos (shouts of encouragement), and music appreciation. Students develop independence, coordination, cooperation, confidence, concentration, and respect for others and for the art of flamenco.

Fall 1 (6 weeks): $70

9/12, 9/19, 9/26, 10/3, 10/10, 10/17

Fall 2 (6 weeks): $70

11/7, 11/14, 11/21, 11/28, 12/5, 12/12
