About the Class
A fun class open to everyone, no singing experience needed. In this class we will break down some classic letras of a beautiful Flamenco style (palo) called Fandangos de Huelva. This is a rythmic style in 12 count with a waltzy feel to it and lyrical melodies. Hailing from the Huelva province in Andalusia, this palo is sung cante p'alante (just singing and guitar), cante p'atrás (with Dance) and por fiesta (party style). It is the relative of so many other flamenco palos such as: Fandangos grandes, Fandangos abandolaos, Granaína, Malagueñas, Tarantas and more!
