About the Class
Drop-in friendly class focused on intermediate-level flamenco technique, including braceo, marcajes, footwork, palmas, and bulerías por fiesta pataítas and practice. The final 15 minutes of class will be dedicated to Guajiras review. Intermediate-level and advanced students who have not yet learned the Guajiras choreography are welcome to join this class for the first hour only.
Intermediate level dancers have previous experience learning full length solo choreographies (Alegrias, Solea por Bulerias, etc.), know all four sevillanas choreographies, and are able to practice at home and/or attend class twice a week. Recommended: four or more years previous flamenco experience.
