Flamenco for Seniors (Ages 60+)

Learn the fundamentals of this expressive Spanish art form through accessible and supportive exercises that build footwork, posture, coordination, and fluid movement. Students are encouraged to move at their own pace in a fun, social, and energizing environment. Participants may choose to learn from a seated position. This class is designed for absolute beginners.
