About the Class
New to flamenco dance? This is the class for you! In this session, absolute beginners will learn the foundations of flamenco while exploring the vocabulary and movement of flamenco dance. Recommended for ages 13 and up.
Dancers can bring in their own flamenco shoes**, borrow from our loaner shoes selection, or dance in street shoes or socks for this class. Lightweight clothing that is easy to move in is recommended. Loaner flamenco skirts are available.
8 weeks: 7/15, 7/22, 7/29, 8/5, 8/12, 8/19, 8/26, 9/2
